Sleeves

Has anyone done the sleeves a little wider by ribbing the main panel, but leaving the increased stitches in stockinette? It was a mistake on my part, but today at BonnieMaries I saw a suggestion for it. I just wondered if any of you had tried it and how it looked.

I did - it hardly shows (because you don't have your arms in the air much!). I didn't find the arms much more roomy, and they're actualy a little tight on me -- I have to do a lot of tugging to get them in place -- but then, I have peasant arms. :)

If/when I make it again, I may make the sleeves like the front -- 3/1 rib at the cuff, then straight.

Yes, I did too, on purpose because I was hoping will make for slightly roomer sleeves, but it does not really. Agree with Anne, if I made it again, I would do no rib sleeves after the cuff.
