Pilly Ribbi?

Is anyone else having pills show up on their Ribbi?
I knit mine of Peruvian Highland Wool, and she's starting to show pills along high wear points.
Any care tips out there so I can rid my Ribbi of pills and I know what to look for in a yarn to be aware of this in the future?

I've read that the Peruvian Highland wool does this. I haven't tried it myself, but I understand sweater stones will remove the pills. There are bunches of companies that sell them... you should be able to find them easily w/ a search on Google.

Mine has been gather balls on the bottoms of the arms. I'm not sure my battery pill shaver will eat the pills because they are bigger than little.

Overall - the sweater after 3 wears looks a year old. Maybe a better quality yarn needs to be round up. I love the feel of it, but I want this sweater to last!

I agree with d-made, my Peruvian Highland wool ribby is pilling much more than other sweaters I've made in the past and, as a result, it looks like I've had it for much longer than I have.
